Getting started

Create an account from the sign-up page. You'll get your own private workspace — no setup required. Open the app any time at herro.pro/Homebase.

Your workspace

Each account starts with one organization, a workspace, and a Homebase board with three focus areas — Now, Next, and Later. Everything you create is saved to your account and synced across devices.

Focus areas

Focus areas are the columns of your board — think of them as the few things that matter right now (a project, a team, a theme). Add one with + Add focus area; reorder and recolor them any time.

Initiatives

Initiatives are the cards inside each focus area. Each carries a status, priority, due date, assignees, labels, links, sub-tasks and a rich description. Click + Add initiative or open one to edit it in the drawer.

Capture

Keyboard shortcuts

• C — capture
• ⌘K — search tasks, notes, people
• ⌘Z — undo the last action

Account & data

Manage your profile, password and sessions from Account & profile. Your data lives in your own account; sign out from the menu in the sidebar.
